Education Cabinet Secretary Prof. George Magoha has maintained that he will not apologize for his recent actions in Uasin Gishu.
Magoha who was last Friday caught on camera hurling unprintable at an old education official attracted an uproar from members of the public with sections calling him out for his unbecoming character while several others wanted him sacked.
The ‘bully’ Minister for education has however, responded to those calling for his apology. He has since affirmed that if given another chance he will repeat what he said to anyone else.

Teachers Union from Uasin Gishu have come out to lash at the State official who is neither apologetic nor ready to do it anytime soon.
Today November 11, Magoha who was touring Kyamutheke Primary School in Machakos, justified his actions by saying there were some people under him and especially those working at the grassroots who don’t work hence they demand a pay.
“Nobody should be surprised at how I do things, I was in KNEC (Kenya National Examinations Council) … I made things work and now I am here to protect the interest of parents and children. Anytime I cannot do that I have no business being here,” Magoha said.
According to the CS, anyone mandated to work must be in the field daily working and not just waiting for salaries without equal work.
“If you have 30 schools in your area and, by the end of the month you have not visited even 10, then you have no business getting your salary. Implementers must conform or I will make them do. We need to give justice to the children and government that is spending colossal amounts on them,” Prof Magoha said.
A number of stakeholders now think the character of the CS would jeopardize the education standards in the country.
