Thursday March 11, 2021 -Orange Democratic Movement ODM Party boss Raila Odinga has tested Covid-19 positive.
Raila was two days ago admitted at Nairobi Hospital after he started feeling both fatigue and joint pains what immediately triggered a lot of public speculations with some quarters talking of Covid. The family however remained tied lipped over the matter.
When asked about the whereabouts of Mr. Odinga and how he was fairing on in Nairobi hospital, Suna East Member of Parliament MP Junet Mohamed while on JKL Citizen Tv, said he could not speak certainly on behalf of Odinga family but as much he was concerned, the former Prime Minister was fairing on well in hospital.
“I spoke to him the other night and he was doing well unfortunately today I couldn’t manage reaching him but I will call him later. The family especially Mama Idah can be in a better position to expound,” Junet told Jeff Koinange.
A day later(today evening), Citizen Tv broke the news of Odinga having tested Covid-19 positive after undergoing several sample tests.
