Tuesday, April 18, 2023 –Chief Administrative Secretary CAS Millicent Omanga has responded to the intimate viral clips and photos doing rounds on various socials.
The controversial photos linked to the newly-appointed Interior chief administrative secretary CAS showed the purported plus-size Omanga resting half-naked extremely tired on a hotel bed.
Since yesterday Monday April 17, she remained trending at number one on various major social media platforms.
By Tuesday April 18 afternoon, Ms Omanga was still trending top on both Twitter and Facebook as her memes flooded the internet space.
And in her coded response on Tuesday April 18, the CAS shared a brief Bible verse, “Behold, I have given you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall hurt you.”
She did not expound on whether the photos and the videos were manipulated or not even as the law prohibits publication of private lives online. The law was passed in 2018.
Ms Omanga is the current chief administrative secretary CAS Interior in the Kenya Kwanza administration.
She unsuccessfully vied for Nairobi Woman Representative seat which was won by her rival from the Orange Party, Esther Passaris.
