Saturday, May 13, 2023 – Monica Kimani’s main cause of her death was the colossal amount of money she was carrying from Sudan where she dated a rich prominent Sudanese.
Lawyer Miguna Miguna, for the first time, settled this matter after a section of Kenyans noted that, since the case started many years back, nobody talks about the actual cause of her death; why someone wanted her dead by all means.
For instance, one Allarick from Kitale took to his socials asking the same question as to why someone had to brutally kill Miss Monica.
“Kama kuna stori sijawai elewa hadi wa leo ni hii ya Jacque Maribe na Jowie Irungu. What was the motive to kill Monica Kimani? Could someone explain this to me please,” he pleaded.
Quickly, Lawyer Miguna Miguna confidently explained facts by fact that the late Monica was killed by friends who knew she had brought with her lots of cash from her Sudanese boyfriend and business partner.
“Monica Kimani was dating a South Sudanese governor who had given her lots of cash to stash in Nairobi. Jowie and Jackie Maribe were “friends” of Kimani and knew she had arrived with lots of cash in US dollars. They went to “visit” Kimani, murdered her and STOLE the cash!” Miguna assertively answered.
However, Ven Evans would try to deconstruct the myth saying Maribe was not at the scene of crime; what saw Dr. Miguna question this level of thinking.
“Maribe was not placed on the murder scene,” Ven Evans noted as Miguna wondered what kind of argument was that:
“Who did not place her at the murder scene. Moreover, one can actually “murder” you from New York. Or your brain froze in 1940?”
Kimani’s murder case is ongoing having entered phase two where the two main accused are tasked with proving to the court that they did not participate in the heinous crime.
