Wednesday, May 24, 2023 – The dynamic rock and soul singer who rose from humble beginnings and overcame a notoriously abusive marriage to become one of the most popular female artist of all time, Tina Turner is dead.
The popular American female rockster of all time, has died, according to a post on her verified social media accounts.
“It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Tina Turner. With her music and her boundless passion for life, she enchanted millions of fans around the world and inspired the stars of tomorrow.
“Today we say goodbye to a dear friend who leaves us all her greatest work: her music. All our heartfelt compassion goes out to her family. Tina, we will miss you dearly,” partly read the confirmation statement.
Most media houses through their journalists have reached out to representatives for Turner for further details on her death.
Fellow singer Ciara, mourned her saying Heaven has gained an Angel and wished her soul to rest well in Paradise. She also described Tina Turner as an inspiration to the world.
Among Tina’s great works that inspires many include, ‘What Love Love Got to do With It’.
She has died at the age of 83.
