Politicians allied to Deputy President William Ruto have claimed that their Orange Democratic counterparts are too hostile in Msambweni.
In their briefing to the media early Tuesday December 15, led by MP Oscar Sudi of Kapsaret and Mohammed Ali of Nyali, the over 10 MPs claimed that they had been denied access to the polling stations questioning why Governor Ali Hassan Joho and his brigade had been allowed to enter and bribe voters.

Ikolomani former MP Boni Khalwale tweeted early today that there was open State intimidation in Msambweni by citing Johnson Muthama’s morning arrest. It was also alleged that Feisal Bader’s chief agent Khatib Mwashetani had allegedly been arrested too.
The arrests, according to Ruto allies, were meant to swing the votes towards the ODM Party candidate through unorthodox means.
They further claimed that 56 agents had been arrested on the night of Monday so that to deny them presence in the polling stations. “Some of the polling stations do not have the Feisal Barder agents,” Sudi ranted.
They have since linked police to all the ongoing mess saying government was applying all means necessary to make sure ODM wins the seat through a rampant, arrogant and abrasive rigging machinery.
“There are plans to delay ballot arrival in some stations perceived to be strongholds of Mr. Feisal who is an independent candidate,” Oscar Sudi further complained.

Homenews.co.ke has so far learnt that, Msambweni OCPD Zachariah Bitok has been transferred from the area in a questionable manner.
Feisal and ODM Party candidate Omar Boga are facing each other in a race to succeed the late Suleiman Dori.
Governor Joho in the company of recalcitrant ODM goons and state agents intimidating our agents and voters. See how panicked they are. By the way, they will not rig this election as long as we are here. Take this to the bank. #MsambweniDecides
