Wednesday, January 13, 2021 -Deputy President William Ruto is the greatest undoing to himself. Orange Democratic Movement Party leader has claimed.

Mr. Odinga, on Wednesday January 13, said Ruto’s continuous fights with his own boss leaves him much exposed and could soon find himself at political crossroads.

He observed that for the DP to work in harmony with Mr. Kenyatta, he ought to take time and borrow lessons from the 2007 Grand Coalition Government in which him(Odinga) and Kibaki served.

According to Odinga, their power sharing period with Kibaki was the best decision ever for this country because the country developed well and faster.

The former premier bragged that most of the development projects Kenyans are enjoying today were a brain child of the grand coalition as a result of their good working relationship with Kibaki in a setting that saw every one carry out his or her duties without straying into other’s territory.

“The Prime Minister post ensured that the government was under check. Kibaki had his roles and I had mine. We also made better decisions and solved problems too. Most of the developments being enjoyed right now (in 2021) were unveiled during our regime,” he said adding:

President Uhuru Kenyatta and his DP William Ruto in a past event.

“Were we tribalistic by sharing power as he (Ruto) keeps on saying? The BBI will shape politics in Kenya and ensure that power is rotational as President Uhuru Kenyatta said. Their introduction of the Prime Minister post once again will promote efficient leadership”.

He told the youths attending the meeting that with BBI, most of their worries will be addressed atleast for once.

Odinga was responding to the ongoing Hustler Gospel as preached by Dr. William Ruito and his brigade.
